MissionCX are supporting KBR, providing commissioning delivery and IT support services. We have a multi disciplined team of high calibre commissioning personnel deployed in Valduc, France, with the technical skill sets to effectively commission and integrate novel and complex equipment, working alongside the MOD and AWE. on a major defence programme. A demanding, technical, and complex project, delivered in very challenging circumstances. We provide commissioning management, resources, and procedures – from document production through to site commissioning and handover facilitation. MissionCX also provide specialist IT services for the Epure project including:
- Remote working/de-centralised working solutions using Microsoft Office 365.
- Cyber Essentials Plus accredited and ISO:27001 compliant protocols to ensure secure working practices.
- Secure SharePoint sites for transparent and collaborative project delivery.
- SharePoint design, development, build, implementation, administration and management of site security and protocols in line with KBR’s project specific requirements.
- Specialist IT / SharePoint Architect Consultancy.
Challenge
MissionCX, on behalf of KBR, are delivering all the commissioning requirements on the assigned package of work. We also provide peripheral support, including secure IT management in line with our ISO27001 compliant processes and Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation together with security cleared document control support. MissionCX provide governance across all the commissioning delivery requirements to ensure compliance with local safety case, site license conditions and unique protocols of the client.
MissionCX have provided contractual focus for the KBR project. Performance of plant and equipment to meet client handover acceptant criteria remain the primary focus of the MissionCX team, allowing the client team to focus on project delivery.
Results
